Chefs Table
Chefs table event is based on student show casing their fine dining techniques that they have learnt on their first 3 months of first year. It includes 7 course meal, entertainment and set table decors with adult beverages.Requires dressing up in an elegant way.
High Tea
High tea is a students event designed to show of the confectionery skills acquired during industry and second semester. It is hosted Saturday afternoon with fancy dress code and fascinators for the ladies. We serve baked goodies, varieties of teas and champagne with chilled music. Perfect place for networking.
Open Day
Open day is a school event that is designed to give the community, potential clients and students, provides more information about the academy while engaging with the crowd and also doing demo's and giving the tour of the school
Graduation Day
Graduation ceremony is an event held once a year in April, its the day when students are celebrated and given the sport light to shine with their hard earned qualifications and prizes. It is hosted by the school inviting parents, sponsors and mentors.. Canapés and welcome drinks being provided upon arrival.
