This course is designed for aspiring chefs who seek to start their culinary career. This course provides those enrolled in it to have basic skills and an understanding of the fundamentals of the chef profession
Duration: One Year (Year 2)
You have the basic fundamentals and skills of the chef profession. This programme is more specialised and provides in-depth knowledge of the Culinary Arts
Duration: One Year (Year 3)
You have the basic fundamentals and skills of the chef profession. This programme is more specialised and provides in-depth knowledge of the Patisserie (Pastry)
Duration: One Year (Advanced Diploma)
This programme is offered to Professionals that have a minimum of 5 years work experience in Culinary Arts, and wish to advance the career into managerial positions
Duration: Three Years
This course allows you to have a holistic knowledge that any aspiring chef would need. The diverseness of the Occupation Chef Certificate gives vast opportunities within the industry. The programme will rolled out concurrently with the City and Guilds vocational. You will obtain a National Certificate and City and Guilds Vocational Certificate..
