If you are submitting your application online, you can pay the Registration Fee online using either a debit or credit card (otherwise it can be paid by credit or card over the phone, among other options). Applications can only be processed once the Registration Fee has been paid.

STEP 1: Complete application form online at

STEP 2: Attend interview at the campus or telephonically
Or
Virtual interviews for international students (linked to be sent
to respective students)
STEP 3: After selection processes receive acceptance letter
STEP 4: Deposit the payable registration fee and receive
registration letter
STEP 5: Deposit the payable acceptance deposit as per your
chosen payment plan
STEP 6: Resume classes as per your chosen method of
learning.

Upon receipt of application, prospective student will be invited for an interview at
Culinary and Hospitality Academy.
Outcome re-acceptance or non-acceptance will be communicated via email within 5
working days after the interview.

Upon receipt of acceptance letter, registration and uniform fee should be paid within
5 working days.

Non-refundable application fee of R700.00 is payable.

A non-refundable registration and uniform fee of R9 000.00 is payable upon acceptance.
Included in this fee are the following student tools:
3 sets of Chef’s uniform
1 X cap, golf shirt, winter jacket and school bag
1 X chef knife set
1 X student card
SACA membership
SACHEF Membership (South African Educators Forum)
